Why come to the Salford and Trafford Area to train to be a GP?
At first sight the area may not seem very appealing but you would be surprised at what it has to offer.
A brand new arts complex - the Lowry Centre - and the superb
quayside developments around the old docks are easily reached not only
by car but also on the new Metrolink connection.
It is also the home of the world famous Old Trafford football and
cricket grounds and the shopping paradise of the Trafford Centre.
There
are excellent motorway connections and the area is within easy reach of
the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Peak District National Park and the
North Wales coast.
